The regular size contains approximately two ounces of  freshly mixed dry herbs in an individual package. All you do is open the package and follow the simple  instructions included to brew the tea.   

Each package makes about 2 quarts of tea. generally this lasts about one month or longer depending on your daily dosage.  The color or consistancy of the tea can vary due to the cut of the herbs and time of harvest.
